Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be shared with you if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• All orders ship free within India — no shipping charges, regardless of order value.
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Remote or rural pin codes may take 2–3 additional days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation and can check its progress any time on our Track My Order page using your Order ID and email.

Accurate Contact Information

A valid mobile number is required at checkout so our courier partner can coordinate delivery. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct — we cannot guarantee redelivery for orders returned due to incorrect details.

International Shipping

At this time, ShyamSutra ships within India only. We're working on expanding internationally.
