We want your mala, japa bag or bundle to reach you safely and on time. Here's how shipping works.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Bundles that include a custom knotting request may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Orders above ₹999 ship free within India.
• Orders below ₹999 incur a flat ₹79 shipping fee.
• Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on location.
• Remote or rural pin codes may take 2–3 additional days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation and can check its progress any time on our Track My Order page using your Order ID and email.

Accurate Contact Information

A valid mobile number is required at checkout so our courier partner can coordinate delivery. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct — we cannot guarantee redelivery for orders returned due to incorrect details.

International Shipping

At this time, ShyamSutra ships within India only. We're working on expanding internationally.
