Refund Policy

We want you to feel at ease with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as custom-knotted or made-to-order.
• Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
• Gift cards, if offered.

How to Request a Return

• Email support@shyamsutra.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
• We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — we'll ask for your details during the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
